Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding holidays) from our location in Pleasant View, UT. You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order has shipped.

Domestic Shipping (United States)

We offer the following shipping options for orders within the United States:

• Free Economy Shipping — Available on all domestic orders over $150. Estimated delivery: 5–10 business days after shipment.
• USPS Carrier-Calculated Rates — Multiple USPS service levels are available at checkout (e.g., Priority Mail, Priority Mail Express). Rates and estimated delivery times are calculated in real time based on your location and package weight.

International Shipping

We ship worldwide! The following carriers are available for international orders, with rates calculated at checkout:

• USPS International — Estimated delivery: 7–21 business days, depending on destination and service level selected.
• DHL eCommerce — Estimated delivery: 7–14 business days, depending on destination.
• DHL Express — Estimated delivery: 2–5 business days, depending on destination.

Please note: International delivery times are estimates and may be affected by customs clearance, local postal services, or other factors outside our control.

Customs, Duties & Taxes

International orders may be subject to import duties, taxes, and customs fees imposed by the destination country. These charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in our shipping rates. We recommend checking with your local customs office for more information before placing your order.

Shipping Restrictions

Certain fishing products — including some fly fishing chemicals, adhesives, and aerosol-based products — may be classified as hazardous materials and are subject to shipping restrictions. Items restricted by carrier hazmat regulations cannot be shipped internationally and may have limited domestic shipping options. Any such restrictions will be noted on the product page, and affected items will be flagged at checkout.

Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you'll receive an email with your tracking number and a link to track your package. Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking information to become active after you receive your shipping confirmation.
