How to File a claim
We warranty any rod that breaks while you are landing a fish. This has not happened often, but unfortunately can occur. We find that these breaks usually happen after someone has accidentally caused micro-fractures on the rod sections due to accidentally hitting the rod on a bridge or tree. However, regardless of why, if you break your rod while trying to land a fish, then we will replace the broken sections free of charge.
